THE ETHERNET TCP/IP FIELDBUS COUPLER SUPPORTS A NUMBER OF NETWORK PROTOCOLS TO SEND PROCESS DATA VIA ETHERNET TCP/IP. TROUBLE-FREE CONNECTION TO LOCAL AND GLOBAL (LAN, INTERNET) NETWORKS IS PERFORMED BY OBSERVING THE RELEVANT IT STANDARDS.

BY USING ETHERNET AS A FIELDBUS, A UNIFORM DATA TRANSMISSION IS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN FACTORY AND OFFICE. MOREOVER, THE ETHERNET TCP/IP FIELDBUS COUPLER OFFERS REMOTE MAINTENANCE, I.E. PROCESSES CAN BE CONTROLLED REGARDLESS OF THE LOCATION.


THE WAGO I/O SYSTEM 750 CAN ALSO BE USED IN MARINE APPLICATIONS AND ONSHORE/OFFSHORE INSTALLATIONS (E.G., PLATFORMS, LOADING FACILITIES). THIS IS POSSIBLE VIA CERTIFICATION UNDER THE STANDARDS OF LEADING AGENCIES SUCH AS GERMANISCHER LLOYD AND LLOYD'S REGISTER. THIS FILTER MODULE ENSURES PROPER (CERTIFIED) SYSTEM OPERATION. THE MODULE FILTERS THE 24 V SYSTEM POWER SUPPLY AND IS EQUIPPED WITH SURGE SUPPRESSION. HIGH-INSULATION VERSIONS ARE STREAMLINED FOR USE IN SYSTEMS WITH INSULATION MONITORING.


THIS SUPPLY MODULE PROVIDES THE I/O MODULES WITH THE CORRESPONDING SUPPLY POTENTIAL.

THE MAXIMUM CURRENT PROVIDED BY THE SUPPLY MODULE IS 6.3 A. WHEN CONFIGURING THE SYSTEM, THE TOTAL CURRENT MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED. SHOULD HIGHER CURRENTS BE NECESSARY, AN INTERMEDIATE SUPPLY MODULE MUST BE ADDED TO THE ASSEMBLY.


THIS DIGITAL INPUT MODULE RECEIVES CONTROL SIGNALS FROM THE FIELD SIDE AND SUPPLIES A SHORT-CIRCUIT PROOF VOLTAGE TO THE SENSORS. THE MODULE TRANSFERS THE CONTROL SIGNALS AND OTHER INFORMATION VIA A FIELDBUS COUPLER TO THE HIGHER-LEVEL CONTROLLER.

EACH INPUT MODULE HAS A NOISE-REJECTION FILTER.


AFTER THE FIELDBUS NODE IS ASSEMBLED WITH THE CORRECT BUSCOUPLER AND I/O MODULES, THE END MODULE IS SNAPPED ONTO THE ASSEMBLY.

IT COMPLETES THE INTERNAL DATA CIRCUIT AND ENSURES CORRECT DATA FLOW.
