THE 1756 ENBT IS AN ENHANCED VERSION OF THE 1756-ENET MODULE AND WORKS EITHER AS AN INTERFACE FOR A CONTROLLOGIX CONTROLLER TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER DEVICES OVER AN ETHERNET/IP NETWORK OR AS AN ADAPTER FOR 1756 I/O MODULES ON AN ETHERNET/IP NETWORK. THE 1756 ENBT MODULE COMMUNICATES AT A FASTER RATE (10/100 MBPS FULL DUPLEX VS. 10 MBPS HALF-DUPLEX), INCLUDES MORE ON-BOARD MEMORY, AND IS BACKWARD COMPATIBLE REPLACING 1756-ENET MODULES WITHOUT THE NEED TO MODIFY CURRENT PROGRAM. THE MODULE IS WEB-ENABLED.
